Almost 200 years later, I think it’s time we expand the educational triad to a fourth skill imperative to everyone that passes through the educational system:

According to The Economist, humankind will produce 1,200 exabytes of information this year. That’s 1,200,000,000,000,000,000,000 bytes. The information is available, but at the rate we’re producing information, tracking and analyzing trends, we will soon be need education just about how to go about navigating this data deluge.
